This VOC compliant formula is for ozone transport commission (OTC) states and the south coast air quality management District. This formula may be open for a longer amount of time before stain must be applied.

Generally, softer woods accept stain in various degrees creating an uneven appearance, wood conditioner helps to eliminate this variance. This product can be applied under oil or water-based stains. Allow wood conditioner to dry for a minimum 24 hr before applying water-based stains. Ideal for use on softwoods which are being stained with or adjacent to hardwoods.
